Urbie Air has just launched on Kickstarter. They have brought on Funded Today to help bring their product to a wider audience and increase pledges for the duration of the campaign.
About Urbie Air
Urbie Air is a 3-in-1 advanced eco air purifier, dehumidifier, and self-watering smart plant. It eliminates indoor air pollution from 3 different angles by removing excess humidity, filtering volatile organic compounds, and amplifying fresh oxygen production. It can purify and dehumidify 23 m2 (250 ft2).
Urbie Air has also an app that helps you monitor your home air quality in real-time from anywhere and thus have a control remotely. The app even displays water tank levels, plant watering frequency, humidity levels, and VOC’s.
The activated carbon powder works on removing toxic gases, the soil and root micro-organisms trap pollutants after which micro-organisms feed on it, and the moisture condensation removes mold and mildew from the air eliminating dustmites.
With every Urbie sold, 5 trees will be planted in your honor in collaboration with RootsUp Solutions.
Urbie Air works with Alexa and works well with those indoor plants: Ficus elastic, Chlorophytum amaniense, Chlorophytum comosum, Anthurium andraeanum, Chrysalidocarpus lutescens, Nephrolepis exaltata, Jasminum, Saphiphyllum, and Aglaonema.
It comes in 3 colors: Grey, Pearl and Red.
Pricing and Availability
Urbie Air is available to back now on Kickstarter. They are hopeful to see an increase in pledges with the help of Funded Today and their team. Once the campaign ends, the products are set to produce and ship to all backers by May 2020. The starting price for one Urbie Air is $165 USD.
