Brandon IV Lounge confirmed today that it remains fully open and accessible to clients during ongoing $505M Tampa Bay Water Pipeline construction on S.R. 60 and has introduced weekday happy hour pricing across its IV therapy menu.
The road work, which began in early 2026, has restricted traffic on South Moon Ave near the lounge’s 128 S Moon Ave. location. Brandon IV Lounge remains open during its regular hours, and parking is available via S Moon Ave. The best alternative direction is via Robertson St. W, which runs east-west between Kings Ave. and Moon Ave., South of S.R. 60. S Moon Ave remains open; however, access via S.R. 60 is restricted.
"No one is more frustrated about this project than me. I understand the importance of the project for Brandon and beyond; however, the disruption is very inconvenient. Brandon IV Lounge is still open and easily accessible south of S.R. 60. We thank our clients for avoiding the disruption and making the detour. We are easily reachable south of S.R. 60 and open as usual for all of our clients' wellness needs," noted Ms. Kilgore, Owner of Brandon IV Lounge.
Weekday Happy Hour
Brandon IV Lounge is offering 20 percent off IV drips from 4 to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday, with a complimentary glutathione push included. Glutathione is an antioxidant compound administered by injection. All services are administered by licensed clinical staff.
The lounge’s menu includes hydration and vitamin formulations such as the Myers Cocktail, Hydration Station, Energy Boost, Immunity Boost IV, Fountain of Youth and Beauty in a Bag, along with NAD+ therapy. Standard sessions run 45 to 60 minutes; NAD+ sessions run longer depending on dosing. A provider reviews options with each client at the visit.

Clients traveling to Brandon IV Lounge during the S.R. 60 and S Moon Ave closure can reach the lounge via Robertson Street West, South of S.R. 60, which connects directly to S Moon Ave, running parallel to S.R. 60. Brandon IV Lounge is easily accessible south of S.R. 60. Plenty of parking is available at 128 S Moon Ave. The lounge can be reached at 813-655-0545 for directions. The construction for this area is scheduled for completion by Fall 2026 or sooner.
