The Regional and Chef, Kevin Grossi are pleased to announce that the American restaurant located in Fort Collins, Colorado will be extending their hours, beginning in mid-July. Beginning on July 15, the restaurant will be open for diners on Mondays. The menu items are familiar, yet prepared in ways to make them special fare. The freshest possible hometown American food from the farm, from the ranch, and from the docks is featured during the open hours.
The restaurant is open for lunch daily, Monday thru Saturday, from 11 am to 4 pm. Dinner is served from 4 pm to 9 pm, also on Monday through Saturday. Happy Hour is all day on Tuesday and from 4 pm to 6 pm on Wednesday through Saturday. Additional 'happenings' are going on with notification online or by signing up for email reminders.

Chef Kevin Grossi explained, "We are proud to list our various beef and oyster purveyors. They are among the best in the country. We know our reputation comes from the quality of the products as well as from the excellent serving staff and the preparation and presentation methods. We work hard to meet our customers' expectations in each of these areas, as well as in our wide-ranging menu choices. As part of our efforts to give back to the community, we support several charitable organizations. These include Cooking Matters Colorado, The Grow Haus and Slow Food."
Baked goods in a wide range of options are available. Orders can be placed online or by phone. Some of the choices include dinner rolls, Pretzel Knots, Cinnamon Rolls, Pecan Sticky Buns, Chocolate Molasses Pie, Strawberry Cream Pie, Salted Pecan Pumpkin Pie, Caramel Apple Pie and Buttermilk & Coffee Crumb Pie. Cake choices include Coffee Cake Loaf, Chocolate Cake Loaf, and Beet Red Velvet. Chocolate Cheesecake and Orange Poppy or Chocolate Walnut Muffins, as well as Lemon or Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars and Brownie, Lemon Sesame or Malt Chocolate Chip Cookies, are also available.
